National Croissant Day

My plan was to make Ham and Cheese Croissants from scratch, but I didn’t realize that the dough had to be made the night before and apparently I overlooked the fact that I needed a rolling pin.  So I ran to the store down the street and picked up some croissants from the bakery there, layered some ham and cheddar cheese, and put them in the oven until the cheese was melted.  Yum.  Maybe I’ll have another tomorrow morning with some eggs.  Also yum.
