National Whipped Cream Day


 

Homemade Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla 

  • Add cream, sugar, and vanilla to a small bowl and whip with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • I will be using this whipped cream with a dessert from next week (probably Peach Melba) and will be posting pictures later.
